1. Acceptance of terms
By using this site you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on this page.
2. Service description
This site is operated by LLC "WELCOME TO UKRAINE", acting as an insurance agent. Our services include:
- Information about medical and travel insurance for visitors to Ukraine
- A secure online application for buying a policy
- Instant policy issuance with delivery of the policy PDF by email
- Customer support and claims guidance
3. Policies and the insurer
All policies are underwritten and issued by PJSC "IC EUROINS UKRAINE", a licensed insurer regulated by the National Bank of Ukraine. Coverage, eligibility, exclusions and price are set by the insurer and confirmed in the policy documents you receive. In case of any difference between this site and your policy documents, the policy documents prevail.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and current information when applying — false information may void your policy
- Read the policy wording before you buy
- Comply with applicable laws and entry regulations when travelling to Ukraine
5. Payment terms
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes and fees. Payments are handled by certified, PCI-compliant payment processors; we do not store your card details.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the insurer's policy terms. If you need to change or cancel a policy, contact [email protected] as early as possible — ideally before the policy start date — and we will guide you through the insurer's process.
7. Limitation of liability
We act as an intermediary between you and the licensed insurer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Claims decisions or coverage disputes, which are made by the insurer
- Delays caused by third-party systems or payment providers
- Changes in entry requirements, visa rules or travel restrictions
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. The operating company is LLC "WELCOME TO UKRAINE", USREOU 44559356, Ukraine, 03151, Kyiv, Ushinsky str, bldg. 40, office 302.
