Policies are issued by our insurance partner, PJSC "IC EUROINS UKRAINE", which processes policy data as an independent controller under Ukrainian insurance law.
Information we collect
- Identity and contact details — full name, email address, phone number
- Passport information and citizenship, as required to issue the policy
- Travel details — dates, duration of stay and chosen plan
- Date of birth, used for age-based pricing
- Payment information — processed entirely by certified, PCI-compliant payment providers; we never see or store your card details
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and basic usage analytics

- Emailing your policy documents and important policy notifications
- Supporting you with questions and claims guidance

Data protection and security
